  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup red cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In another pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add grated garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in flour until well combined.
