Ingredients
- 5 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
- 1 ½ cups uncooked white rice
- 1 ½ cups hot chicken broth
- 1 ¼ cups hot water
- Spices: paprika, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a baking dish, spread chopped onion and minced garlic; place butter in the center and bake for about 15 minutes.
