  • 45 ladyfingers

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whip remaining heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the pistachio mixture.
  3. Prepare coffee mixture by whisking brewed coffee with optional liquor and pistachio flavoring in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the coffee mixture and layer half in a square pan. Spread half of the cream mixture on top.
  5. Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers and cream mixture.
  6. Garnish with thinned pistachio paste and chopped pistachios. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
