  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 12 maraschino cherries with stems
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl; fold into wet ingredients.
  3. Pour brownie batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract and sour cream. Pour over cooled brownie layer.
