  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for slurry)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (for the dip)
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (for the dip)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (for the dip)
  • 1 tsp honey (for the dip)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (for the dip)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all meatball ingredients until just combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
  3. Cook using your preferred method: pan-fry for 10–12 minutes, bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  4. For the glaze, combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; simmer 3–5 minutes and thicken with a cornstarch slurry.
  5. Coat the cooked meatballs in the warm glaze and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions alongside spicy mayo dip.
