Instructions
- Soak the pitted Medjool dates in hot water for several minutes to soften.
- Drain the dates and place them in a food processor along with rolled oats, almonds, chia seeds, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, turmeric powder, and black pepper. Blend until dough-like.
- If too dry, gradually add reserved soaking water until you reach the desired consistency.
