  • 2 cups Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips
  • For the Ganache: 1 stick salted butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil's Food cake mix and instant chocolate pudding.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and brewed coffee.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mix and stir until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
