Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Cut chicken breast into cubes and marinate with half the honey mustard glaze for 10 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers, alternating with colorful vegetables.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium heat (350°F to 375°F) and lightly oil the grates.
  6. Grill kabobs for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with reserved honey mustard glaze halfway through.
  7. Allow kabobs to rest for 5 minutes before serving to redistribute juices.
