  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries Slice and drain excess juice after macerating.
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Soften for smooth blending.
  • 2 cups Whipping Cream Keep cold for fluffy peaks.
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust to taste for sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and slice fresh strawberries. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes with an electric mixer.
Cheesecake Filling
  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Mix in sugar, then fold in whipped cream until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Layer graham crackers, followed by cheesecake filling and strawberries. Repeat layers and finish with cheesecake filling on top.
Chill
  1. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Serve
