- In a large Ziploc bag, combine vegetable oil, ranch seasoning, red pepper flakes, onion flakes, and garlic powder. Seal the bag tightly and knead for about 1 minute until well-mixed.
- Open the bag and add saltine crackers into the seasoning mix. Reseal the bag, gently turn it over for about 2–3 minutes until the crackers are evenly coated.
- Leave the bag sealed and marinate at room temperature overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
- Spread the marinated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
- Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool to room temperature on the baking sheet.
