Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create thin fillets and season with salt, pepper, and half the minced garlic.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and heavy cream. Beat until smooth, then add remaining garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and half the mozzarella. Mix well.
  4. Spread the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish and add sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil, stir in fresh spinach, and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until golden-brown.
  8. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
