- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread a generous layer of frozen McCain® Seasoned Waffle Fries onto a half sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the fries are baking, shred your rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. Layer the baked fries in a skillet and top with the shredded chicken.
- Drizzle barbecue sauce over the chicken and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Add bacon bits, sour cream, and green onions on top after removing from oven.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side.
