Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread a generous layer of frozen McCain® Seasoned Waffle Fries onto a half sheet pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. While the fries are baking, shred your rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces. Layer the baked fries in a skillet and top with the shredded chicken.
  3. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the chicken and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  5. Add bacon bits, sour cream, and green onions on top after removing from oven.
  6. Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side.
