- Prepare the pasta by boiling in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, half of Parmesan, and egg in a bowl. Fold in the beef mixture.
- Stuff cooked shells with the filling and arrange in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and top with remaining cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
