Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, blend together the mayo, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper. Whisk until smooth, cover, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Shape the Patties: Divide the ground beef into eight portions, roll into balls, and flatten into thin patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the Patties: Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 1-2 minutes until crispy, then flip and add cheese. Cook until melted.
