- In a medium-sized jar or container, add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Mix them together evenly, ensuring no clumps form.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of Biscoff spread into a microwave-safe dish and heat in the microwave for about 10 seconds, or until it becomes warm and pourable.
- Pour the melted Biscoff spread over the oat mixture, followed by 1 cup of almond milk. Stir thoroughly, ensuring that the oats and chia seeds are well-coated.
- Seal your container tightly with a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
