Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by steaming or blanching the fresh broccoli florets in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until they are crisp-tender. Afterward, drain them well and let them cool completely.
- Once the broccoli is cool, finely chop it with a sharp knife while being careful not to puree it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until sticky.
- Scoop around a tablespoon of the sticky mixture and form it into compact balls or small patties. Optionally roll in additional breadcrumbs.
- To cook your bites, fry them in medium heat oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, or bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Once cooked, let them cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes
Ensure broccoli is well-drained to avoid sogginess. Chill bites before cooking for better shape retention. Adjust cooking times based on the chosen method.
