Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the beef mixture. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the shredded cheese in the bottom of the Bundt pan, followed by half of the beef mixture and one-third of the tortilla chips.
  5. Repeat with remaining beef and cheese, finishing with the last of the tortilla chips.
  6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of chips are golden.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool briefly, then invert onto a serving plate.
  8. Garnish with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro before serving.
