- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and spray a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef mixture. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Layer half of the shredded cheese in the bottom of the Bundt pan, followed by half of the beef mixture and one-third of the tortilla chips.
- Repeat with remaining beef and cheese, finishing with the last of the tortilla chips.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges of chips are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool briefly, then invert onto a serving plate.
- Garnish with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and chopped cilantro before serving.
