Infusion and Preparation
- Begin by pouring your chosen cereal into a bowl and covering it with milk. Ensure the cereal is fully submerged and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, set up a fine-mesh strainer over another clean bowl and pour the cereal mixture through it to extract the cereal-infused milk.
- In a separate bowl, combine the strained cereal milk with rolled oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight container or jars. Cover them and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir gently and top with fresh fruits, extra cereal, or nuts before enjoying.
