Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a sizable bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Place chicken thighs in a bag or dish, pour half of the marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Take chicken out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking; line a baking sheet with foil.
- Bake chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and juices run clear.
- In a saucepan, boil reserved marinade for about 10 minutes to thicken.
- Brush thickened marinade over the baked chicken.
- Broil chicken for an additional 2 to 3 minutes for charring.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
