  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Frozen or Fresh Peas Optional but recommended.

  • 1 cup Additional Cheddar Cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
  4. Add sautéed onion and garlic to beef, mix in ranch seasoning and chicken broth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta, peas, cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese; combine well.
  6. Transfer mixture to the greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs if using.
  7. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes; broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
