  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Mixing cheeses can add complexity
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Vegetable broth for vegetarian option
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Soy sauce as substitute in a pinch
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Adjust to personal taste preferences
  • 1/2 cup Diced Pickles Optional, for a tangy crunch
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional garnish, can use chives as well

Method
 

  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Once boiling, add the fettuccine pasta and cook for about 10-12 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, stirring frequently for 3-4 minutes until onion turns translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Allow to simmer over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Gradually sprinkle in shredded mozzarella and cheddar, stirring continuously until melted and fully combined.
  6. Introduce the drained fettuccine to the skillet, tossing gently to coat each strand in the Alfredo sauce.
  7. Plate your Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta and top with optional diced pickles and chopped fresh parsley.
