  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup or cream of chicken/celery
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded; can mix with mozzarella
  • 1 cup Rice instant rice recommended
  • 1.5 cups Beef Broth adjust based on rice type

  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Corn

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the browned beef with 1 cup of instant rice, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1.5 cups of beef broth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
