- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
- Gently fold in the thawed hashbrowns until fully coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed butter crackers over the top of the hashbrown mixture.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
