  • 2 pieces Eggs For binding

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper To taste

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a cookie sheet with oil spray.
  2. Grate the zucchini, place in a colander, and let it sit for 5 minutes to drain excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained zucchini, panko, cheddar, eggs, cornstarch, seasonings, and herbs. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into uniform tots and place them on the cookie sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the tots with oil and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the tots cool for a couple of minutes; serve warm with dips.
