- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened cinnamon applesauce and natural peanut butter or almond butter, stirring until smooth.
- Add the quick oats to the mixture and stir gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the surface appears dry and slightly golden at the edges.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes before lifting out and cutting into bars.
