- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onions, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture onto a clean surface or into a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread a layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 55-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm with mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
