Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic; cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well for about 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the rice is cooked through and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  7. Remove the foil and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Allow the casserole to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm!
