- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the cold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the surface of the rolled-out puff pastry, leaving a small border.
- Distribute cranberry sauce or dried cranberries over the cream cheese layer, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs on top of the filling.
- Roll the pastry from one long edge into a tight log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Brush the tops of the pinwheels with an egg wash to achieve a golden finish.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
