Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the cold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Spread softened cream cheese evenly over the surface of the rolled-out puff pastry, leaving a small border.
  4. Distribute cranberry sauce or dried cranberries over the cream cheese layer, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs on top of the filling.
  6. Roll the pastry from one long edge into a tight log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Brush the tops of the pinwheels with an egg wash to achieve a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature, arranged on a platter.
