- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, Cheez-Its, mini pretzels, mini Club crackers, and mixed nuts. Toss until well mixed.
- In a medium saucepan, melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter over medium-low heat. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning mix, light brown sugar, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Drizzle half of the sauce over your cereal mix and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the mix and gently fold until all pieces are coated.
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Spread the coated mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing it.
