Step-by-Step Instructions for Beef Stroganoff Tortellini
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and paprika, mixing well. Simmer for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add cheese tortellini and beef broth, stirring everything together. Bring to a gentle boil for around 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until the tortellini are cooked al dente.
  6. Take the skillet off the heat. Snip some parsley over the dish, if desired, and serve immediately.
