- In a blender, combine 4 cups of cold filtered water with 2 whole limes cut into wedges and 1 cup of granulated sugar. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
- Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl and carefully pour the blended mixture through. Press down on the pulp to extract as much liquid as possible.
