- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold running water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and garlic powder, mixing until creamy.
- Fold in ranch or blue cheese dressing into the chicken mixture.
- Stuff each cooked jumbo shell with the filling and place seam-side up in the greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes until heated through and cheese bubbles.
