  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream or coconut cream

  • 12 large Strawberries firm and deep red

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse strawberries under cool water, remove green stems, and slice in half lengthwise. Hollow out the center using a melon baller.
  2. In a bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture gently until just combined.
  5. Using a piping bag, fill each strawberry half with the cheesecake mixture, allowing it to mound slightly.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top and optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
  7. Chill filled strawberries for about 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
