Steps to Prepare
  1. Start by bringing your steak to room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat, add rice, toast for 1-2 mins. Add broth and seasonings. Cook for about 15-18 mins on low.
  3. Prepare the sauce by combining yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lime juice in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Heat a skillet over high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the cooked steak to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Slice the steak against the grain, fluff the rice, and assemble the bowls with rice, steak, and sauce.
