- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook your lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk until thickened. Stir in basil pesto.
- Combine ricotta, egg, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread a layer of béchamel in the baking dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella, and more béchamel.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles topped with béchamel and reserved pesto.
- Spread reserved pesto and sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes, remove foil and bake for a further 10-15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
