Cooking Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Cook for another minute.
- Add butter and let melt, then pour in beef broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Cook bowtie pasta in a separate pot according to package instructions; aim for al dente, around 8-10 minutes.
- Return to skillet, stir in half and half and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the drained pasta into the sauce and toss until fully coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
