- Cook the pasta by bringing salted water to a boil, adding the rotini, and cooking until slightly softer than al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
- Prepare the add-ins by chopping cooked chicken, slicing red grapes in half, and thinningly slicing green onions.
- Make the dressing by combining poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, and seasoning in a medium bowl and whisking until smooth.
- Combine in a large bowl the cooled pasta, chicken, grapes, almonds, and green onions. Pour the dressing over and gently toss until coated.
- Serve immediately or let chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.
