Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the pasta by bringing salted water to a boil, adding the rotini, and cooking until slightly softer than al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Prepare the add-ins by chopping cooked chicken, slicing red grapes in half, and thinningly slicing green onions.
  3. Make the dressing by combining poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, and seasoning in a medium bowl and whisking until smooth.
  4. Combine in a large bowl the cooled pasta, chicken, grapes, almonds, and green onions. Pour the dressing over and gently toss until coated.
  5. Serve immediately or let chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving.
