Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil salted water, add lasagna noodles, cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and lay flat to cool.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Combine shrimp, crab, ricotta, half of the Alfredo sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Spread remaining Alfredo sauce in baking dish. Fill each noodle with 1/4 cup filling and roll tightly.
  4. Top the Roll-Ups: Pour leftover Alfredo sauce over rolled noodles. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake to Perfection: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Allow to set, garnish with parsley, serve warm.
