  • 1 clove Minced Garlic Optional
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Can use lime juice

  1. Slice the fresh zucchini into 1/2-inch rounds and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. Organize three shallow bowls: mix all-purpose flour with garlic and onion powder, place beaten eggs in the second, and combine panko breadcrumbs in the third.
  3. Dredge a zucchini slice in the flour mixture, dip into the eggs, then press into the panko mixture.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place zucchini rounds in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Flip zucchini rounds after 5 minutes and mist with olive oil, continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from air fryer, sprinkle with sea salt, and serve immediately with your favorite dips.
