  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice fresh lemon is best
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced, fresh for best flavor
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For the Crunchy Topping
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs for best texture
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated, can use Pecorino Romano
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In an oven-safe dish, combine dry white wine and 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining melted butter with minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss shrimp in the marinade.
  4. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and leftover melted butter. Mix well.
  5. Arrange the marinated shrimp in the hot baking dish, pour remaining marinade over them, and top with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
