Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl and whisk until blended.
- Whisk the large eggs in a separate bowl until yolks and whites are fully blended.
- Set up the breading station: place breadcrumbs in a third bowl next to the egg wash.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
- Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl until well combined, then brush over the coated tenders.
- Place the tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
