Preparation

  3. Whisk the large eggs in a separate bowl until yolks and whites are fully blended.
  4. Set up the breading station: place breadcrumbs in a third bowl next to the egg wash.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl until well combined, then brush over the coated tenders.
