Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil. Add the store-bought gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the boiled gnocchi in a single layer and cook without moving for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Stir gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté with the gnocchi for approximately 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh spinach, stirring gently until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Fold in crumbled feta cheese and serve hot.
