Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix crushed garlic cloves with melted unsalted butter. In another bowl, combine Creole seasoning ingredients (paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper).
  3. Add chicken wings to a large bowl and pour half of the seasoning mix. Toss well to coat the wings. Add the remaining seasoning and toss again, then pour the garlic butter mixture over the wings and mix until well coated.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, spread the wings in a single layer.
  5. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, basting with juices halfway through for added flavor.
  6. Once baked, remove wings from the oven, baste again with pan juices, and transfer to a serving plate.
