Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and devein the shrimp, then finely chop or pulse in a food processor until roughly minced.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the minced shrimp, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, green onions, and seasoning mix.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on parchment-lined plate.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
  5. Fry the shrimp balls for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown, turning occasionally.
  6. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels before serving hot with dipping sauce.
