  1. Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for about 5–7 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
  2. Combine Ingredients in the Crockpot: Transfer the cooked ground beef into the crockpot. Add shredded cheddar, Velveeta cheese, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slow Cook the Dip: Set your slow cooker to LOW and cover securely. Cook for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally until all cheeses are melted and combined.
