- Spray the inner pot of your slow cooker with olive oil.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle in garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes. Add chicken broth.
- Cover and set the cooker to LOW for about 4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove and shred the chicken, then return to the slow cooker.
- Add cheese tortellini, shredded mozzarella, and heavy cream. Stir gently, cover, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Stir in baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes on LOW.
- Lastly, sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese, stir to combine, and adjust seasoning if needed.
