Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and baking chocolate until smooth.
  3. Add granulated sugar, stirring until well combined.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time into the mixture, mixing well after each.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract until incorporated.
  6. Gently fold in flour, salt, and baking soda until just combined.
  7. Dust chocolate chips with flour and fold them into the batter.
  8. Spread the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. Melt both dark and white chocolate over a double boiler.
  11. Pour melted dark chocolate over brownies, then drizzle with white chocolate.
  12. Decorate with festive sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
