  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir thoroughly for about one minute until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Divide the oat mixture into two mason jars or airtight containers, filling each jar about three-quarters full.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the finely diced apple with cinnamon, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Toss gently for about 30 seconds until the apple pieces are well-coated.
  4. Spoon the apple mixture on top of the oat base in each jar and press the apple pieces down slightly.
