Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Cook the pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.

- Spread the thawed hashbrowns in the bottom of the greased baking dish, and then layer the cooked sausage on top.

- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
