Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small glass, combine whipped cream cheese, vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and whole milk. Blend with a milk frother for about 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice, drizzle in the carrot cake syrup, and swirl to coat the inside of the glass. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring gently.
  3. Brew 2 oz of espresso and gently pour it over the milk mixture to create layers.
  4. Top the latte with the cream cheese cold foam creating a soft cloud over the drink.
