- In a small glass, combine whipped cream cheese, vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and whole milk. Blend with a milk frother for about 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Fill a tall glass with ice, drizzle in the carrot cake syrup, and swirl to coat the inside of the glass. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring gently.
- Brew 2 oz of espresso and gently pour it over the milk mixture to create layers.
